"Booking hotel was easy and straightforward. Bsthrooms were lovely. Beds a little soft for my liking but were ok. Clean. However when it came to booking the off site parking recommended this was really difficult. Each time i tried to book 24hr parking, it kept saying there wasnt any spaces despite the website showing spaces. I rang the hotel to query as using the hotel a discount was offered, which again o couldnt use. Hotel stayed there was an issue but offered no alternative. Ended up paying...

"Had an excellent 1 night stay at the Motel One, Royal Exchange. I was greeted on arrival by Ginevra on front desk who is a credit to the hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient location within easy walking distance of many city centre amenities and the rooms are clean and comfortable."

"This is a nice hotel, very clean and comfortable and with friendly and helpful staff. My onle gripe is that I paid for an upgrade to a room with a balcony. The balcony was tiny and you certainly could not sit out there, so not worth the money. Also, there was a concrete pillar in the room, by the bed which you had to negotiate getting in and out of bed. The space between the pillar and the bed was even more tiny and, being someone who gets up in the night, I could have done without the obstacle....

"Stayed for 1 night. Modern hotel, free onsite parking (weekend only) with plenty of spaces. Vibrant hotel with unbelievable facilities. Spacious and modern rooms, our only niggle was the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Good value breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Worthwhile downloading the rewards app had some good offers available."
