"We were terribly disappointed to be kept all night from the room next door having a room party. I contacted reception at 3:30am and 05:00am who did ask the guest to quieten down, which they did for ten minutes then the music went back on. We literally had no sleep the entire night. The radiator wasn't working so had a plug in heater. No hand tissues in the bathroom. Cleanliness was poor."

"It was amazing, staff were friendly and gave advise on places around the area for a good breakfast meal. I had a one night stay so cant give a full review but the room was very clean, modern and the restroom was a top quality. Wished the TV would have internet for youtube access or Netflix, not sure if that was on a separate bundle or an included one though. "

"Lovely stay for one night. Fantastic hotel close to the bay. Parked right outside and not too expensive. Had some drinks and a bite in the bar, delicious. Barman was superb. Will definitley stay again. "

"The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean and tidy, the room was cold, because the window was letting in draft and noisy whilst closed, the heater was under the window so wasn’t letting much heat in the room, because of the draft, the food and drink is quite pricey but tasty"

"Stayed many times always had great stays. The standard rooms could maybe need a bit of a facelift but the rooms that have all been made over are really good. Staff are always lovely and food is always great."
