"Lovely place for a stay but ruined by blatant dishonesty. Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com"

"Something went wrong with my onboarding as I didn't get a guest registration email prior to my arrival and the details I did receive only got me access to the building and not to my room! Unfortunately for me, the owner was at the theatre and so missed my phone calls to try and resolve the issue. I eventually got in to my room after about an hour.
