"When I booked it wasn’t evident that the room shared a bathroom with other 8 rooms! It wasn’t possible to change due to being fully booked! I think it needs to be more clear regarding the sharing of facilities "

For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. "I very much enjoyed my stay. The only request for improvement was the door into our ensuite bathroom. There is a raised step into the bathroom which you could bang your toes on. It could be good for this to be taken out so it's easier to walk in and out Thanks "
