"TV doesn't work, the door to the toilet doesn't close properly. The carpet is stained, basically it needs to spend money on improvement. Ok for a single night, but we won't choose the hotel again."

"Lovely hotel , very easy check in via email and check in pods or receptionist if you prefer , large deluxe room , comfortable beds , no noise from outside due to triple glazing , good air conditioning , breakfast was plentiful with good choice and not a cramped dining area like some hotels , convenient for the tube 3 mins walk away and 15 mins into Oxford Circus , would stay here again without hesitation "

"Very nice atmosphere, relaxed and casual. Nice rooms although the bathrooms are a little small, it’s not a big issue for me"

"Staff are fantastically warm and welcoming. the room was clean, breakfast had a good selection of buffet food. The navigation from elevators to rr is a little confusing."

"Convenient location and easy public transport (bus) into Walthamstow, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was being next to the North Circular road so noisy when window open (could be an issue in summer)."

"Nice hotel, with parking on-site. Nice restaurant and bar. Everything reasonably priced. South Ruislip underground and overground station is right next door, with fast and frequent trains into Central London. Room was nice, comfortable and clean, but could do with a bit of a refurbishment, however that didn’t affect my stay. Will definitely stay here again."
