"The accommodation was clean, parts of the floor need attention, bathroom was clean with 1 towel and loo roll. "I was there one month, no cleaning service. No one ever came by to clean the room. The money deposit of 100£ was not given back to me. They said my room was in bad condition. Moreover they said it smells like smoke everywhere, but I am not a smoker. There are cockroaches in the kitchen and showers. Also there are cameras everywhere."

Told the property manager and they were nice enough to bring a fan so we could try and air it out, but it still lingered. My daughter found bits of Marijuana on the couch and on the floor, so it was obvious they did not clean before we came.
