"We loved staying here! Felt very safe and staff was very lovely and easy to contact. Bedrooms were a nice size for the price with a big comfy bed. Private bathroom which looked all nice and clean. We didn’t have breakfast there however from what we saw it looked lovely! Only problem is that its right next to a train station so its abit noisy on a night but nothing awful and definitely nothing that would keep you up at night. Rooms had tv and space for tea and coffee. For the price it’s amazing...

"A great place to have a basic motel on a service station. All we needed was somewhere to sleep where we were dropped off after our coach holiday to the South Coast. As it is a service station plenty of places to eat and buy basic essentials. "

"After a rather pot holed approach road to the site you are greeted by a terraced bungalow complex. On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! These should be carpeted as a courtesy to those on the ground floor.The person who checked me in was pleasant but not thorough with information. "Clean and comfortable accommodation. Very pleasant staff. There were no facilities for breakfast at the accommodation or for making tea/coffee in the room. My main concern was the lack of ability to come and go without having to make contact with the property manager by phone, with the possible roblem that they were using their phone and consequently couldn't respond promptly."

"Turned up to the hotel to be told we didn’t have a booking. Zero empathy or customer service. I had driven 3 hours and myself and my 1 year old had no place to stay and hotels.com weren’t able to relocate us so had to drive home. "
