"Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland is very convenient. It is a really short walk to all things cool in downtown Cleveland. The Valet staff were pleasant and helpful with an ease of use. The room was okay, but the toilet was extremely small, like a toilet for a child's daycare. It was also loose and not secured to the floor. It was really uncomfortable. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet for being downtown. "

"We(my husband n i) always choose this location when we come to ohio. We have no issues with the hotel, the stsff is always frendly and helpful. Its clean, close to hospiral and shopping and an assortment of food thsy can satisify any pallet. The breakfast is alright, your typical stuff, breads, muffins, diy waffle, eggs and a side, juices, coffee, cereal. This is a great place to stay, but they book up fast so making early reservations is something i highly advise"

"The reason for not 5 stars is because they wouldn’t give me a later checkout time even though we didn’t get completely in until 2am from the Cleveland Clinic ER with my mom so I had to purchase another night in order for us to get enough sleep!"
