On one night a guest above me did Not throw out the garbage after eating in their room and or maybe their dog had an accident and they didn't clean it up and it left such a strong smell that I couldn't sleep all night. there should be rules that guests eating in their room should throw out the garbage. And that people with pets need to clean up after them immediately if they have an accident. ...

"I called the day before our arrival to reserve a shuttle to Port Miami at 12:15. I asked if I should pay it then or when I get there and they said when I get there. Then when I checked when I got there it was not reserved because they said I had to pay for it first. Luckily I was still able to get on but would have been very upset had there been no room.
