"This hotel does not get the respect it actually deserves and I had a very enjoyable stay. The location is ideal and very walk friendly and all of the staff were extremely nice and attentive."

"I researched hotels near the Miami Airport that provided transportation from the airport and to the Port of Miami. This hotel does both. We also needed a room or rooms large enough for our 5 person family prior to going on a cruise. I would highly recommend this hotel to any cruise goers. There are a few things that I think should be clarified and would recommend the hotel updating: (1) on Expedia the hours for the airport shuttle are very confusing. We had a late flight and were worried...

"This place is super comfortable and clean and has amazingly soft bedding. Easy access to order take out and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We stayed there two different times on the same trip because of how nice it was!"

"Nice for pre-cruise stay. Was able to get checked into room in early morning after arriving in Miami. Only complaint was that the vending machine by the lobby was not working-staff refilled our water bottles as needed throughout stay through so it was a better/preferred option. Comfortable waiting area if waiting for room to be ready."

"It was a good stay, the room was clean and had everything. General conditions of the room can be improved, door had some damage, some furniture looked aged. Air conditioner was very noisy on initial start up when set at low temperature. Elevator takes very long time to reach ground, lobby and eight floor"
