"I stayed at a CitizenM in NYC and had a great stay so I trusted the South Beach location. It did not disappoint! The aesthetic and smell of the common areas was just lovely! The hotel has so much charm and character. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and spotless, though tight for 2 people. Super comfy beds. Room technology was a plus. Quick uber ride to the beach. Good food options across the street. Will stay there again. "

"Overall the hotel is excellent. Always a pleasure to stay in this property, the only complain I have is the shuttle driver that picked us up from the airport on Sunday afternoon. He was a rude unprofessional person, making not nice comments to another passenger regarding how unhappy he is working in Florida."
