I contacted Expedia, and even after more than three hours of trying, they couldn’t reach the hotel either. They completely ruined my day. A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe.
