"First of all communication was great and staff went out of their way to help. The unit was very clean and well presented. However it is bit dated and I found it a bit too small in the bathroom, toilet for someone of my height and build. The area was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Overall a good place to stay and I would use again."

"The area is quiet, and semi-rural, with easy access off the main road. The unit was clean and presentable, but dated, the unit needs some money spent on the property, and furnishings. The staff was kind and courteous, accommodating with requests. I do wish that some milk had been put in the unit, along with a hand towel, and facecloth. "

"Room was nice and big. Shelves under bathroom sink need a thorough clean and behind the radiator was quite dusty (I’m asthmatic) but other than that the room was great. The water gets really really hot in the shower but I imagine that the water in the hot springs heats the showers so just something to be aware of especially if you have a baby or young child with you."

"Location was great, rooms were in need of some updated decor but still comfortable enough. Enjoyed having our own spa. Beds were comfortable. Great service from front of house staff. Felt it was a bit overpriced for the quality of the room but I guess the bonus of your own personal spa makes up for it."
