"Location was great, right on Albert Dock and close to all the famous sights. The apartment was very nice and new. One of the roller blinds from the living room door was missing, and despite reporting it twice, was not replaced. I hope they fix it for the next booking. Breakfast was in a bag, and collected each morning, and was fine. It contained bottled water, oat cereal, yogurt, a pastry and sometimes an apple. But next time I think I would bring my own food. There is still building work...

"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"Perfect little bolt-hole for going to the football match with good transportation in both directions. Only loses a star because there was no plug in sink for my shaving."

"The place was unbelievably noisy. Value for money was good, but there were blood curdling screams at 4 in the morning when people got back in the stairwell. Insanity. We weren't expecting the ritz of course, and the staff were all friendly. Would have just liked to have not been disturbed by other guests quite as much"

"Had a nice cosy stay for 3nights, for the money tbh was very good overall. Nice bed, room had sink and coffee making facilities..... Heating was on as weathers been cold so was surprised it was warm in the room...... The shower was filled with sand so not so good.... However the toilet was shared and close by. Would have preferred a better view.... Other than the vast amount of rubbish outside. Possibly would stay again but perhaps, the rooms, could be updated as looking quite tired older...
