"When we arrived to check in our room was not ready. I was told upon check in that they would call when our room which was ready, the hotel never did. The staff upon checknin were not friendly at all and acted thatcwe were an inconvenience. Upon leaving to go have dinner and some errans, we came back to hotel around 8 pm and our room was ready. The front desk was very friendly and attentive, i wish 5he prior staff were as nice as her. We had a nice stay and enjoyed our visit with our neice who...

"Being a pet friendly hotel is amazing but people should clean up after there dogs 💩 also neighbors and people around are very noisy but other then that its a great place"

"This stay was just wonderful so i booked the same room for another week. The room itself is clean, nice and everything works We did need a new fridge as the one we had was not getting cold and so they replaced it for us pretty quickly after being told. The new one wasn't really getting cold either so they had maintenance fix it. Now its cold and doing great "

"I was really disappointed.. we got to our room late night.. we were exhausted so in the morning when we got up to use the restroom we noticed the toilet was clogged. And then we didn’t have any towels to shower. We contacted staff so they can unclog the toilet around 10am and when we got back to the room around 1pm our room door was unlocked and open and there was no one around. I will contact corporate because the person in the front desk really didn’t care. "

"Great customer service! Our flight got in close to the end of the airport shuttle service. They arranged a rideshare for us. I'm not sure if this is standard practice or a short term solution. Could have just been us not reading the amenities list close enough. We were grateful nonetheless. Good breakfast as well! "
