"Very nice hotel - clean, room was huge and bright, with a nice small balcony, great breakfast, and the staff was excellent. We went to check out some nearby hotels just to compare but this one was the nicest. We’ll return for sure."

"Even though this property is more expensive than nearby hotels, it's a good value considering the service and amenities. My only minute complaint is that check-in is at 8am, and my room was ready when we arrived, but we had to wait for staff to "inspect" the room before being taken up. It seems an inspection could have taken place after the room was readied. We had to wait about 20 minutes. Part of that time may have been waiting on the bellhop to place luggage. "Our experience at the hotel was great! Mini romantic getaway. The staff was awesome! Kind and genuine. Everything was almost perfect, except for: 1. Not receiving the room I had reserved. "For the price, the quality should be much, much higher at this hotel. We had problems from the minute we arrived in our bungalow. The shower was stuck on one lukewarm temperature and couldn't be adjusted. No minibar, but there was a refrigerator to keep our water and other drinks cold. However, it was broken too.
