"overall it was okay…. I didn't enjoy the carpet inside. It was clean, but the smell wasn't pleasant. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom was extremely small, about the size of airplane restrooms. There were no staff members, and everything operated on a self-service system. It took 10 minutes to walk to the nearest transportation hub. Unfortunately, there were no convenience stores near the inn, only vending machines. So, you'll need to purchase everything you need before arriving....

"I absolutely love this hotel. I wanted to stay longer but it was fully booked for the dates . The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond , they are kind , courteous and friendly . Love all the amenities, free tea, coffee, toletries. I am only.sad that I could not stay longer . Fabulous "

"This is perfect if you just want a place to stay before an early flight or after a late night out. The hotel is literally above the Fukuoka Airport Line. My only advice is to keep in mind that this is NOT the location right next to Hakata Station (there are 2 with the same name) "

"The hotel was good, has cafe/bakery for food. Alot of smoke smell from other guests. Bathroom for me had a step up and high tub, hard to use with hip injury. Towel kit bag every day, built up so many kits, didnt need. Fridge was good to have. Hard bed, weighted blanket and hard pillows. Sometimes hard to sleep. Overall, its exceptional. Maybe should have upgraded to better room."

"We had a fantastic stay at Webase Hakata Hostel! The place was spotless, with clean rooms, bathrooms, and common areas that made my stay super comfortable. The location is unbeatable – close to Tenjin, Canal City, and Hakata Station with a train station nearby making it easy to explore the area. "Hotel didn't provide check-in instructions ahead of time and there was no staff/front desk to assist. We had to stand outside and begged other travelers to share their door code to get to the check-in machine. Then, we had to find the reservation, scan the QR code to pay for room tax using a credit card before a code was provided to enter a room. "
