Breeze was strong enough w/ fans during the winter to be comfortable. View and pool off the room were unparalleled. "Beautiful hotel overall, room was nice (Pigeon Island building with Atlantic view) but bathroom needed updating. Shower was not all tile, had a traditional white tub and the caulk around faucet was failing making the faucet start to fall off. Was disappointed at check in, paid for ocean view expecting a view of the Caribbean but had an Atlantic view that includes a close road where you will hear locals playing loud music late at night and see cars passing by. Tried to swap to a Caribbean view...

They provided a personal tour for just the four of us around the island and even let us stop by their sister property for a swim. The older cottages could use some updating and the beds are hard. We will forever remember our time in St. Lucia. Hopefully, we will be back! "

"The staff here was phenomenal. It is definitely a small boutique hotel, and upon arriving I was skeptical. We really grew to love it. The room was great and clean and maintained throughout our stay. The views are great, the pool was clean, the drinks and food were good. THE VIBES were amazing. They play beautiful live music at night. It is 15minutes from most sight seeing locations. "This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "
