We didn't see anyone at all throughout our stay other the cleaner on the morning that we were checking out. Maybe because it wax Christmas Day and Boxing Day. "

I had many emails confirming booking and one of the phone numbers listed took me to an irate gentleman who had not been involved with the hotel for 2 years. Need to check that all numbers are valid. The room was very nicely furnished and presented but the blind was impossible to raise so no natural daylight available.
