"So the room had plenty of space with a kitchen and dining area as well. Check in was easy. What really let us down was that there were many areas that were dirty. The vents were covered in dust and I mean covered; the towels were very rough because they’ve been around for a long time; the shower easily flooded the surrounding bathroom floor. "To clear up the contradictory reviews. This hotel has no pool, the one in the picture is the private home next door. This is also no airport shuttle. But it takes less than 10min to get there by Grab Cab. "This is a nice hotel nothing fancy. Clean room cold AC small TV but right in the middle of Catba. There is also a restaurant and Cafe in lobby, I got a fruit drink and some coffee it was great and very reasonably priced. It's a little hard to find on GPS I don't think they have the address correct. Overall I would stay there again. Oh yeah and if you're looking just to relax in your room they do have a few English TV channels."

"Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. "No good, old buiding, rude and sly manager, he lied about the occupancy of the hotel only bevause wanted to cash more money for national holiday in haphong city so wanted me to delete my booking,but i could not because i paid in advance.
