"Great luxurious hotel. Staff very nice but they don’t speak English or understand English. The management team is amazing helpful and fluent in English. Beautiful pool and amazing rooftop views. Excellent Spa service with sauna and steam bath. "

"We enjoyed our room and the facilities, including the pool. However, we found the food was lacking in quality. Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was someone else's underwear on the floor and the mugs were not clean) and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They definitely made the stay better. We apparently came during "off season" which made the whole area seem like a ghost town. "Night staff was not nice at the furst day and he cheated the currency conversion. I found that out on the next day. He wasn't nice on the second day either. I also booked a taxi but the taxi came 30 mins late so I was almost late for my flight. Hotel was very expensive compare to its facilities and its service.
