"we picked this place because it was newly remodeled and was told it had a hot tub and heated pool. it is further away from our destination than we usually stay but came here for the tub. it was not operational. so we had to drive further each day to visit out daughter and did not have use of hot tub. we absolutely would not have strayed if we had known. the site should have notified people of such."

"Front desk service was very nice and friendly! Truth be told I wasn't expecting much from the looks of the place but the room was super clean and comfy. The sheets and blankets were so soft and the pillows were extra fluffy 😁. The whole room felt really clean!!! Will definitely be going back!!!!"

"We'd read a mix of reviews on this property. However, our experience was that the negative reviews have no merit. This was a great place to stay in the Franklin area and everything about this stay was excellent. The only caution I would offer is to be careful turning into the road that leads up to the hotel as it is at the crest of a hill.
