"Beautiful property in the mountains "

"The condo was nice and clean. The unit was clean and well stocked. I did however have trouble with the primary mattress was too firm and springy. The tankless water heater was very loud, and I feared it may have bothered others below us.The views from the living are very nice and would have been beautiful if the weather had cooperated. "

"This is a beautiful condo. It has lots of space and a beautiful view to the golf course. The problems we encountered are the following: 1. Master bedroom shower was broken. I reported the problem 30 min to our arrival. They never sent anyone to fix it. We had only one shows for 6 people. We had to do a line to take a shower. You can imagine how uncomfortable it was. 2. I can definitely say that the unit has had a very nice “refresh”, ie;new furniture, decor, etc. However, the keyless entry was a nightmare! One day it worked and the next day it didn’t. "This was a short weekend stay with the family enjoying the Polar Express. The condo is in a gated community and is beautifully decorated. The view from the spacious balcony is incredible. Part of the balcony is covered so you could sit outside even in the rain. Conveniently located halfway between Cherokee and Bryson City. Smoky Mountain Country Club is a very nice community."
