"Our stay at Villas Roseliz in Punta Allen was beyond wonderful. A cute and small hotel mere steps from one of the most beautiful beaches and oceans we have ever seen. Large, very clean rooms and bathrooms off a garden courtyard on the beach. A short walk to anywhere in town which offers a number of restaurants and a couple small convenience stores. "Overall the hotel is nice, clean & relaxing. They don’t have a receptionist/front desk so you need to communicate through whatsapp. It’s right next to matcha mama which is great! Also they don’t have A/C only 3 fans in the ceiling but still very hot. I didn’t see any crazy insects until I arrived home and opened my back pack and noticed a black scorpion that almost gave a heart attack and killed me! Lol (overall nice place & great location but no ac & be careful for the scorpions) "

"Nature is perfect I Like it but they charge me for Breakfast food and Juices that 1st server said were included in the package, after the fact they change their mind and charge me for the free Items list that was indicated from the beginning, indicating that from the original list some items were still chargeable. No good they need proper training and be honest from the beginning with clients. ether it is free or not??? Very confused and upset we decided not to go back to have breakfast. "

"Small hotel , new as I was told by the manager. We had no water in two different days and not AC for two Nights. Cleaning is not the best if you stay more then two nights linen does not get changed and with no AC and you swim in your own sweat not counting with mosquito bites and blood all over you sheets.lwe stay for 6 days and 7 nights . Like management told me it’s not for everyone we are invading a territory if you want to live the experience it’s on you ."

"Had the best stay At La Chan Cabanita , Was so relieved when I saw that most of the other Hotels have non stop music ... This hotel is charming , right on the beach they have a great little bar , everybody that works there are nice , its a bicycle ride to all the delicious restaurant there is a really fun lunch place right next to it And they have great massage .
