"The room was clean, breakfast was good (sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and other continental food), the lobby was festive and inviting. Great location, nice staff. The cons; the room needs updating. Our room had old lamps, old carpet and no USB ports. Two outlets did not work. We were there for three nights and they cleaned our room 1 time. Updating the rooms and changing the heat/air system in the room would boost their rating. "

"I liked the property and the stay as a whole. However, I paid in full for the stay ahead of time via Expedia. I stayed 6 nights. I thought everything was clear and paid for until on the last day a few hours prior to checkout, I got charged a hefty amount on my card from the property. When I asked them, they said this is “destination fee” which Expedia is not charging the customers so the balance ends up being charged at the end of the stay which is unexpected. No where on Expedia does it mention...
