"The most dangerous place full of gangsters and prostitutes full of cigarette smokers, very hot no window and no friendly approach from the reception and no English speaker and not secured at all. There is as well time limit for entering room because of the danger that may come from the area. I won't recommend for anyone who needs comfort and security. "Assim que cheguei na recepção ja me informaram que eu nao tinha direito a cage da manhã, e quando reservei informava que tinha, mas tudo bem. Quando reservei, foi apenas para uma cama de casal, ao chegar no quarto havia uma oitra cama de solteiro, dai ja nao gostei. Mas ja estava ali, não quis me aborrecer, queria mesmo era curtir a minha companhia."

O prédio é antigo, contudo, portanto, deixa a desejar em alguns pontos (exemplo: box do banheiro minúsculo, chuveiro que precisa de uma limpeza, pois cai pouca água). O café pago a parte é mediano (não tem suco natural de laranja, por exemplo). Quartos com cama comum, roupa de cama desgastada, sem frigobar, elevador ou ar-condicionado. Wifi não pega no 3o andar. Enfim, eu diria que não é bem um hotel, e sim uma pousada simples. Mas...

"We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here."
