Our stay here was great - albeit brief due to flying onwards the morning after. The check in staff were kind and courteous and the location opposite the shopping centre was very convenient too. We would stay here again!

Cheap but not very cheerful
This is a very basic hotel. Had to wait over 10 minutes to check in and on departure it took some time for the employee to understand the request for the bill. The duvet cover was torn on the end and the mattress was very thin. Repairs observed to the shelf and standing water and no ventilation in the bathroom. The location next to the mall was good and it took only approximately 15 mins to get to the airport on a Sunday morning.

Esse hotel está em declínio, comparando as vezes que utilizei nos últimos 5 anos. A cada vez, cai a qualidade, quer do atendimento (os funcionários alegam que o movimento aumentou e os empregados são poucos), das instalações (saboneteiras não funcional, ar condicionado barulhento ...) etc.

A sensação que tenho, toda vez que vou no Ibis Novo America, é que a qualidade do serviço piora. Recepcionistas com aparencia que acabaram de acordar. Não todas, mas a grande maioria. Dormimos mal pq não tinha um edredon disponivel no hotel. Passei muito frio. A maioria dos funcionarios não parecem felizes ao trabalhar la. Enfim. Localidade otima. Mas sinceramente, não sei se retorno. Nem parece um hotel de rede.
