"Loved this place! Was up the road, around the Dover area in Kent, desperately looking for a place to stay for night at a reasonable price & everything I could find was very expensive or selling out, then after hours of searching, this New Hotel came up on my Internet search! I drove to it immediately, wasn't many minutes drive, to check out if it was ok & couldn't believe my eyes! No car park, on a broad street beside row of shops & Police Station right opposite which feels safe & row of parking...

"Great location right opposite the pier. Rooms are very generous and the beds very comfortable. Parking was easy also as there is a carpark just behind the hotel (council operated). "

"Lovely little B&B close to the seafront. Stayed here during off season so they arranged to meet me at the B&B for check-in and the communication was excellent. Very friendly staff during check-in and out. Easily walkable to the town and train station"

"Not far from town parking was abit of a pain have to pay which it doesn’t save that on web and I paid extra for balcony but had no chairs to seat out there with was a shame "

"Lovely stay, very convenient to the train station, cliffs walk and castle. Kitchen and laundry facilities available for use which was nice. Only downside was the sink in our room did not drain well so we didn’t really get to use it properly. "

"I would Not recommend this property to anyone. IT IS a RIP Off. I was Not able to get in the place and what i did See IT IS a really dump. Dirty, old and i would Not even let homeless peaple stay there. I am now fighting to get my Money Back."

"Well presented and brilliant priced accommodation. Plenty of space and key box access was genius! Lots of drink making equipment in the room, lovely toiletries, and the included continental breakfast was perfect. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful cottage, extremely clean and with plenty of facilities… also the bed was really comfortable. Great location in Whitstable!! "

"This place is disgusting and dirty i wouldn't let a dog sleep there its unbelievable how you would put something like this on the site to be rented to the public it's a health hazard and needs removing from hotels.com. "

"The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

"I booked and paid for this place but the owner never got back to me. Never emailed me the code to get in. And then travelnest told me it was my job to try and get a refund off expedia! This is a rotten disgraceful way to treat people. Id travelled 140 miles to stay here with my disabled husband and two dogs and couldnt even contact the owner to get in!!!"

"This property did "exactly what it said on the tin": Communication with the owner was timely and efficient; the property was well equipped with just the right level of facilities; all info provided was up to date and useful. The really nice thing though was that it was quiet!"
