The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. "改装工事中だったので、夕食も朝食もなかったです。部屋は清潔で、部屋に広い露天風呂があって、テレビも大きくて、テレビの向きを変えて、風呂に入りながら、Netflixで映画を楽しみました。部屋自体についてとても好印象です。 唯一印象が悪かったのは：スタッフの態度でした。眼鏡かけた男性スタッフの態度はとても悪かったです。せっかくいいホテルなのに一人のスタッフで台無しです。不愉快な印象がどうしても残ります。 来年も紅葉を見に行くので、そのころはもう改装工事が終わってるかな？夕食朝食も含めてもう一度泊まってみたいです。 "

"This ryokan is in a beautiful location. Mr. Toshi went above and beyond to provide us excellent hospitality, a meal, and even showed us around Shiobara region and drove us to our bus stop. He was so helpful and caring to my family. The food, onsen, and rooms are wonderful."

"The surrounding area is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rate included breakfast which was nice. However, this is an all-smoking room hotel - contrary to what it’s listed as. There was no noticeable odor in the room, but might not be the same for all. And they’re having trouble with the hot spring source so there’s no onsen water to the room balcony baths (my main reason for booking), and their regular hot spring will be sometimes closed. That was the most disappointing part. "
