"I was exhaust on arrival, turned off my cell and went to sleep. Unfortunately, the pre-arranged rental was not there when my daughter landed at JFK. Failing to reach me, she called my wife, who reached the Quality Inn. Thunu, the person on duty at 10:15, went to the trouble to hunt down my room and put her through. Happily, my daughter managed to grab the last car at another company."

Alice from the front desk immediately came up and tried to fix it - she wound up moving us across the hall to make it easier. Then she even called us to make sure we were settled in.
