"I was stranded when my flight was canceled and quickly jumped on Hotels.com to find a nearby hotel. This one was not only very close to the airport but highly rated. As soon as I booked it, I called The hotel sent a shuttle right over to get me right away. Shuttle driver and check in staff were amazing and the team that helped provide the grab and go breakfast in the morning was super friendly. "

"First of all, everyone at this hotel was super accommodating and very friendly. There was a hot breakfast in the mornings serving later than most hotels on weekdays. The hotel is well worn and could use an update but that would not keep me from staying here again. Fast food was literally next door with numerous healthy options about 5 minutes away in a car but walkable if need be. The Blue Line is right out in front of the hotel with a stop about 1/2 block away. That will take you downtown...

"They had everything you could want in a good hotel. We really appreciated the number of outlets near the bed for all of our chargers. It would be nice if the breakfast was available up to 10:00 am. Not everyone on vacation are early risers. Having the indoor pool available would also be appreciated. "

"The staff is absolutely amazing! The cleanliness of the rooms (bathrooms and linen) could be better, but the staff makes it worth the stay. I usually wipe down the bathrooms and Lysol the linen (if not change it out all together). The area is quiet and peaceful."

"The staff were very nice. I'm irritated, however, on how past reviews were saying its a lovely hotel. Its not. For the price they are asking, it's old and have badly done repairs. There's too many complaints that i had about our room and the main hotel. They need a total renovation!"
