"Every member of the staff was exceptional. They were all very kind, helpful, gave great suggestions on things to do, and all with a smile. The property was very clean and with comfortable beds. The hotel is ready for a remodel though. The furniture shows a lot of wear and tear and the elevators and some of the common areas seemed like they couldnuse updating."

"The Hampton Inn was fresh, clean, had a well appointed fitness room and was very conveniently located. Sharing an elevator lobby and some amenities with a Tru is smart."

"We were disappointed that the pool was not available to use. Also our room had a few minor issues; the mattress was not placed on the frame correctly, the hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken and there were no washcloths. "

"Good: service. I had a problem with my tv and they fixed it by finding the proper remote to change the settings. Room was clean Bad: my door had been damaged prior to me checking in and had not been fully restored which made me feel uneasy. The phone did not work either Ugly: My floor reeked of cigarette and weed smoke. Had to put a towel under the door. "

"Only stayed one night but nice roomy space. Room was quiet and comfortable. Check in/out was easy. Breakfast was good. Fairly close to the venue where we were attending a concert (NODA area). Would stay again should we come back for another concert. "
