"We visited the Cozy Cottage on Lake Norman recently for business in the area. We loved the location on Lake Norman. The property was clean and well stocked and well suited for our needs. "Came back here a second time for a midweek stay, the lake views were jaw dropping, property was spotless and the owner was easy to communicate with before and during my stay. Garage with pickleball court and basketball court was a huge hit with my wife and kids! Hot tub was a pleasure. We were lucky enough to spot a couple families of deer crossing to and from the island out front. Highly recommend this home! Great place to relax and get away."

Respectfully, I was astonished how “homely” the home felt. Each room had lots detail as far as décor; which was a highlight for me, there was sheets, comforters and even washing liquids that can be used if needed.
