"PROS: Brand new, extremely clean, open and bright floorplan that had great flow. Even though it looks like a tiny home, it's surprisingly big...especially the kitchen. It's also pet friendly with a nice fenced yard. Location is fabulous within minutes from downtown. You can't walk to restaurants, but many hotspots are only a 5-10 min car ride. "House was perfect for out 4 couple weekend. We were in town for a Birthday Bash at a friend’s house. The location was great for restaurants and the breweries. Sunrise over the lake was magnificent with a hot cup of coffee. Would recommend for anyone. I am sure summer would be a great stay. "

"We loved our 2 week winter stay at Greg's home. It was clean and designed very pleasantly. Greg made sure we had any question answered quickly even how to get the TV to pull up the Super Bowl game! Communication with the property manager was excellent. When I sent the message, she respond immediately, which is amazing. I had a great time. I would definitely rent this property again."

"The Tuscany Villa was tastefully decorated. There was something for everyone to do. The game room was in a detached garage and most time was spent in there. The house was big enough that we older folks could stay on the main level and not hear the kids in the basement. The hot tub was wonderful! Only thing lacking is a bathroom in the upstairs (3rd floor). "

"This is our second time this year staying at this property. It is one of the best pet friendly, water front homes on Lake Norman. The house is spacious and perfect for a family to spread out. We were there for a long T-giving weekend and watched the Michigan/Ohio State football game on the big screen tv. The lake views and sunsets are not to be missed. "The property was as advertised. Very comfortable for five (5) adults. A/C was very good. Best of all, it was in easy walking distance to Bank of America Stadium! Only one small complaint: I couldn't get the coffee making appliance (Nespresso) to work. We could not find any of those cups at the grocery store, so we couldn't make coffee at the house. Perhaps a Keurig would be better?"

"Do yourself a favor and rent this house. We picked the location because we had people flying in from all over the country and Charlotte was direct. We hit the jackpot on this house. The location was perfect and the owner so easy to work with. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. I would like to come back in the summer and stay in this house again! "
