Got there and checked in and was told I could only stay one night out of the three I booked had to go across the street and get a room for the next two nights cause they wouldn’t rent any more nights s and they said they had breakfast and didn’t and customer service sucked

The room and restroom had a really bad smell in it, never got out. The carpets were slightly soggy, not sure if it was because of the heavy rains.. but the smell was unbearable. There was water leaking from the roof of the restroom. Would never recommend any one to stay here.

When I checked in yesterday, I smelled bleach and other odors throughout the hotel. After checking in, I went to the room and saw that the bathroom was dirty and the sheets had not been changed. So I decided not to stay here and immediately went to the front desk to ask for a refund. The room and refund were refused. So now I am complaining here. I want my room fee and deposit to be returned.

The rooms were dirty. Bathroom looked like it hadnt been deep cleaned in years with scum all over. Housekeeping didn't even restock the toilet paper. Walls are very thin, if your neighbor sneezes it will wake you up.

The price is good but the facility is not well maintained. The landscaping is bad and there is trash and glass from car break ins all around the parking lot. It is advertised as pet friendly and then at last minute they say there is. $250 per fee. After calling, was told to disregard. Supposed to include breakfast but have a dated paper in the breakfast area reading that they don’t serve due to county restrictions. WiFi is not secure.

We arrived after a long journey from Canada to NC & had completed our pre-checkin. We were greeted with customer service that was curt to borderline rude; advised that there was NO complimentary breakfast, which was part of the amenities on their site; room smelt like mold upon entering; carpet had black stains on it that looked like feces or hair dye; room phone line connection was cut, so couldn’t call front desk; lightbulbs were not working; the security latch on the door was removed (had to put a big chair against the door); refrigerator was extremely noisy, interrupting our sleep. Overall, a very disappointing & upsetting start to our vacation. It’s extremely evident that false advertising is being used, because the look of this hotel on line & in person are NOT the same hotel. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. We will be requesting a refund!!

There are too many problems with this hotel to list. At a high level, the hotel is extremely stinky, dirty, and old inside. They advertise breakfast, but do not serve breakfast , and I don't know that you'd want to eat breakfast here anyway, because of the condition of the hotel. We observed multiple bugs in the hallway, and we also observed black mold in our bathroom.

This was nothing like the pictures or advertisement. Felt very unsafe the whole time I was there. Everything was dirty and falling down or stained. If I were you I would stay at the quality in just next door to this hotel.

This was all the way in the hood. A prostitute came walking through the doorway asking my friend for a condom. I thought I heard everything through the thin walls. Elevators on third floor had no button. No sheets no pillow covers weird smell in the hallways and rooms and no towels. Man at front desk fully understood why we left. No questions asked. No food, just juice.doors didn’t close. Weird Powder in front of elevator.

This was the worst hotel experience ever. One elevator was out of service, the working elevator had a missing button and wires are hanging out. The room was so dirty, full of food crumbs and hair. The couch had dog hair and crumbs all over it. One of the lamps were broken. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. There was a roach crawling on the wall. The sheets were dirty. There was mold on the window. The room smelled like stale smoke. No breakfast, even though breakfast was advertised, although I wouldn't have eaten at this place. No working water fountains on site. Overall this was the most unkept, dirty, unsafe and unsanitary hotel room I have ever seen, but I chose La Quinta by Wyndham because typically their hotels are nice. We left less than one hour after arriving, terrible experience. I'd give this 0 stars if that was an option.

The place was very dirty, the hotel carpet was sticky and there was mold around the windows just overall not a great place. The listing also mentions breakfast is included but there was no breakfast at the hotel.
