"Very welcoming staff member, extremely helpful and Hôtel perfectly located"

"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"Wow! A great budget hotel that is worth every penny! We stayed in 2 of the garden rooms which had lovely patio doors overlooking the garden. The bathrooms are a little tired but the rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Free wifi and parking were fab and the location was only a short walk to Lord Street and Marine Drive etc. The breakfasts were amazing value for money at £5 each, including a cooked breakfast, toast, pastries, jams, spreads etc, fresh fruit, cereal and tea and coffee.
