"The overall property was good, it had everything we needed for our stay, it was clean and tidy. Great communication from the owner to check we arrived ok and had everything and he was very friendly, offering further support if needed. The street was very tight with parked cars on both sides and in a dead end rd which made the turning around quite difficult for us and we did find it very noisy at night with people coming and going in the neighbouring houses, talking very loudly into the early...

"Situated to the centre of Southport with lots to see and do and plenty of places to eat whether it be a restaurant or a pub.The area is very dog friendly. "Everyone enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of Fletcher Hall with so much to do. The pool and games room were well used, especially by the children. It was warm and well equipped. The host recognised the occasions we were celebrating & left a few nice surprises. It is close to Lytham & St. Anne’s, which are lovely places to visit. We only had one issue which we discussed with the host, and will hopefully be addressed."

"If your looking for peaceful off the beaten track lodgings ,then this is the place for you. My wife and I have really enjoyed our stay here.The bungalow is well equiped with everything you need. The surrounding area is good for bird watchers with hedgerows,open fields and skies. Not too far (15 mins) is Barnaby sands marsh where we enjoyed long walks as far as Knott end and beyond. Gareth our host was very freindly and nothing was too much trouble. "
