"We wanted the experience of sleeping in a capsule. At first, we didn't like the blind at the end of the capsule and it was noisy when people came in. But the facilities were so good and the area was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"So nice. They provided sleepwear, towels, and other amenities. You have to scan to enter past the lobby and on the bedroom floor. Large lockers and very clear explanations of the facilities and procedures. Shower area was very clean. After your shower youre supposed to wipe the stall down with one of the towels/bathmat they provide. Room was very bright with adjustable lights. Good height in the capsule. "

"Excellent capsule hotel right in the middle of Shibuya! My pod felt great to sleep in, and the communal bathroom and shower facilities felt pristinely clean despite frequent use. I also appreciated the online group chat that helped me connect with other guests during my stay. I do wish there was a way to lock up my large luggage for security and peace of mind, but otherwise I would absolutely come back here next time I'm going solo in Tokyo."
