"I liked the quietness and friendliness the staff was. The only problem we had was there was a couple cockroaches in the room. They were dead so we know the hotel does try to keep things clean. We will go back one day"

"The hotel is perfectly situated for access to the town and its many places to eat. Plenty of parking if you have a vehicle. The staff were nice the rooms were clean but, and it’s a big but, the hot water never got above tepid it wasn’t hot enough to shave and on the last morning it wasn’t even hot enough to shower. I did ask if the temperature could be turned up but was told no. This is a real shame because it would have had five stars. "

"Traveling solo, this hotel felt safe and secure. The room lobby and room were clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was a nice addition. The hotel is very convenien to I-40, shopping and dining. The area is car dependent but you could walk to several fast food restaurants and a convenience store is a block away. "

"The room was clean, breakfast was good (sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and other continental food), the lobby was festive and inviting. Great location, nice staff. The cons; the room needs updating. Our room had old lamps, old carpet and no USB ports. Two outlets did not work. We were there for three nights and they cleaned our room 1 time. Updating the rooms and changing the heat/air system in the room would boost their rating. "
