"The property itself was as described in the VRBO Listings and was perfect for our group. However, we will never stay there again as the management company was a royal pain. Texts and emails were excessive and we had to sign like 5 waivers for various things. Additionally I had to send pictures of my DL and credit card to get the entry code to the house even though my payments were posted weeks before arrival. So now my personal information is in strangers hands."

"I was under impression we'd have cabin to self at booking but accepted it wasnt after getting welcome letter. Can hear neighbors walkin across floor above us. Pull out couch not tremendously comfortable. Great location. Dont have laundry or indoor pool available. Roof was leaking water over door/ deck after a rainy day ..made trackin in water little messy. Door floormat would be helpful. Didnt use foosetable. Deck furniture not comfortable and because of water ddnt really use it. Could see...

"What a lovely cabin in the woods! It was spacious and comfortable, very private. It was just down the road from Dollywood where we were going. Couldn’t have been more convenient. The place was spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed for a good visit. I plan to go back there! "

"Location is not far from the Parkway and should be able to easily reach Wears Valley Rd using back roads when Florence Dr is repaired. Back yard is spacious, and back porch with hot tub is nice."
