"The staff are friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfy, the room had tea coffee available. Breakfast was good as there was a nice selection of food and drinks. The only downside is the walls are not soundproof. So any noisy guests talking or banging doors would be an inconvenience. The shower took a bit of tuning to get the temperature right. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"The property is great. I was traveling with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and nephew (16 yrs old). The unit has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It's a large space approximately 600 sqft. There is also parking which is a big plus in England. The unit does not indicate it has a washer and dryer but the picture of the unit clearly shows a washer. Unfortunately there's no dryer and since we were traveling during the winter it took a long time for the clothes to hang dry. We were in outer Birmingham...

"Located above a petrol station, as a lone traveler felt slightly vulnerable entering the building given the location. However, once inside it was comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet. Good communication and instructions prior to stay.
