"It was nice being upgraded on the to a better room. The receptionist was really nice and even played the piano for us. The rooms are large but the rooms facing the rail tracks don't have windows that open. Overall it's a great hostel and has a good modern look"

"What a fabulous hotel. Friendly staff, great amenities and great location. First morning we were let down by the water pressure but were offered another room to shower in until it was fixed. The hotel work force had it fixed by lunchtime. Food at the hotel was outstanding and generous, it was surprisingly affordable for the standard of food."

"Great location with a short walk into the centre of town. Discounted Car park nearby. Walt for lift was rather long on the higher levels. Poor breakfast but it was free. "
