"Really nice hotel and amazing staff, especially Silvan and Sanaz, we had a small issue and they sorted it out within minutes. The gym and spa are AMAZING. I had aassage and the massage therapist was great. The coffee and cake place are great, the staff was really nice, same with the Grill restaurant. We are coming back again in May, we can't wait. Thank you 😀"

"Too many bad reviews about this property made me scared after booking. However my stay was very pleasant, the only bad was the hygiene of the shower floor but they give slippers which i wore in there, they offered room service more than 5 times during my stay. Staff were great and accommodating, and this was definitely worth the price i had booked it for. Good size convenience store literally next door, salon, barbers, plenty places to eat out and pharmacy as well, hence great location. Id...

"Strong smoking smell in the room, when complained the staff person came and sprayed the whole room that much that the floor went wet and slippery, but the smell was still present. I wouldn’t stay there ever again. "
