"First of all, we had to contact the agent to get the check in information and procedures. Normally those should be given to us. On our arrival, we realised that there were dirty dishes. Plus there was no hand soap. For the price we paid, tbe internet wasnt good. We had difficulties connecting and accessing different websites. There was no toilet paper, when we arrived."

"My stay was impeccable. The hotel was so much more than I expected. From check in until checkout every person we met went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. My room was perfect! Modern, clean, big with a sea view. The most important thing for me at any hotel is cleanliness. This hotel deserves a 10 for that. When returning to Istanbul. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Outstanding Service and Excellent Stay at Carina Gold Hotel We had an amazing 4-night stay at Carina Gold Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience special. Especially when we were visiting with my disabled daughter. The reception team Especially Burhan he is amazing was professional and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free.He also arranged a well-planned 2-day program for us, offering honest recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip. Also I have to mention Mr Burak he is a fine young man, who will do anything for you if you ask him. His kindness and hospitality will take him far and high in his future. The hotel itself was absolutely clean, and the rooms were in perfect order—well-maintained, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Carina Gold Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Looking forward to staying here again in the future! "The property is very clean, comfortable, very friendly professional staff, great food. Great access to all the historical places, also shopping. We loved it. Oh and don't forget to visit the spa. The staff are so nice, and the Turkish bath is a must, best experience I've ever had. Just highly recommend this hotel and Spa. "
