"Really nice hotel and amazing staff, especially Silvan and Sanaz, we had a small issue and they sorted it out within minutes. The gym and spa are AMAZING. I had aassage and the massage therapist was great. The coffee and cake place are great, the staff was really nice, same with the Grill restaurant. We are coming back again in May, we can't wait. Thank you 😀"

However my stay was very pleasant, the only bad was the hygiene of the shower floor but they give slippers which i wore in there, they offered room service more than 5 times during my stay. Staff were great and accommodating, and this was definitely worth the price i had booked it for. "Staff were lovely and hotel looked okay. But not the cleanest! Towels and bedding were stained, the pillows had massive yellow stains on them too and the shower was leaking. Other than that, hotel was in a quiet area and we felt safe, and they had outdoor sitting."
