We stayed on the top floor level 4 with a beautiful view of Mt Fuji. You can enjoy the view in the enclosed terrace area. Only downside no lifts so you are expecting to climb a lot of stairs if you are staying on the 4th floor. Staff will bring the luggage to your room. I could definitely return to stay in this property...

"必要最低限の物は揃っているし、1食付きなのはありがたい。隣室と密接していないので、隣の音も気にならない。ただ、フロントから一番遠い部屋だったので、雨が降ったら不便かな、と。 部屋の中がとにかく寒かったです。暖房の温度上げても室温上がらず。空気清浄機からも冷たい風が出くる始末。追加の毛布があるといいなと思いました。夏場は逆に暑いのでしょうか？ リピするには季節を選びますね。"

"Very close to Kawaguchiko station. Clean and tidy. Has a microwave, a mini fridge and a kettle with a few options for tea. There are two convenience stores about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and Lake Kawaguchiko is about a 15 minute walk. Staff aren’t present on the property outside of cleaning (I think) which worked okay. We checked in and out by a tablet at the entrance. The bunk bed we had wasn’t super comfortable, but overall the place is definite worth the price. It was unfortunate...

"Beautiful view from our room. Only down side was our room was on the warmer side. And we could not figure out the AC units remote. Even with google translate pictures, the settings werent working. We resorted to opening the balcony windows and turning the heat off. Other than that the room was clean and an enjoyable space. "
