"Property was located in a good location. We were upgraded which was a nice touch, unsure of where the free VIP Expedia gift card was located as wasn't given one. Room was large however could do with a refurb, some chipped paint and dated decor. However the stay was nice and the reception staff were friendly. Did not use the restaurant. Free parking and restaurants etc nearby but will need to drive for these. Room was clean but as mentioned could do with a refurb but wouldn't deter me returning."

"This is an amazing stay experience, from check in to stay in the room, to the friendly and helpful staff and the services till the check out and the shuttle service. Everything is good and makes a wonderful and comfortable stay. I and my family will definitely come back again. This hotel has the best location to see the Mountain Fuji. "
