"Spacious, clean room. Friendly staff that actually was present at the time of my check-in. In February the room was really chilly, the heating was on all times when I was in the room. With the heating on the room was good. WC and the especially shower room stayed freezing cold, the water was hot and didn't run out. I asked about wifi speed beforehand and got extremely anxious when the staff told that they cannot run speed test (why?) and stated that "it's not high speed". In turned out that...

The room was clean, compact, and comfortable - if you are accustomed to Western-style hotels, be aware that the rooms are quite small by comparison. Everything worked well, including the ability to control the temperature. "I absolutely love this hotel. I wanted to stay longer but it was fully booked for the dates . The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond , they are kind , courteous and friendly . Love all the amenities, free tea, coffee, toletries. I am only.sad that I could not stay longer . Fabulous "
