"We were greeted by the property owner carrying an umbrella to our car because of a torrential downpour. He walked us to the room, showed us how to work all the amenities, and then took us to the community kitchen to show us around there. The owner/manager is very friendly and helpful and made us feel completely at ease. His efforts felt super helpful after a long night and nearly full day of travel. 10/10 would easily stay again. "

"This place is a hidden gem! The rustic cabins are well maintained and clean. A short walk from the cabin and you arrive at the restaurant where the food is amazing and reasonably priced. The hosts were so nice and helpful, making suggestions for our hikes and other options for dinner (although we ate on site 4 times it was so good). Our kids miss Lucky and Domino and wanted to take the puppies home :-) I would definitely recommend!"

"Thank you so much! Private room with clean bathroom inside full kitchen amenities, WiFi, and you could watch in on tv bull fighting or crime stories with them. They even are letting my boyfriend keep a few things at their house For a couple weeks because we couldn’t find any storage. Very nice couple that speaks mostly Spanish but they still understand if you need anything in other language :) would definitely come again is in a very convenient spot next to grocery and downtown."

"We arrived in Liberia, rented a car and found there's no street signs with names. We reached the owner by phone and she gave us directions in good English. Parking was sketchy. The room was reallly clean and quaint upstairs from the main house. There's a little corner take out restaurant that has wonderful service and great food. Owner's grandson went and got us a 6 pack of Costa Rican cerveza. Wonderful family with sincere welcoming "
