"Randall helped us so much from when we got there until we departed with excursions transportation everyone was so friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend to go take a tour also with Samuel driver and tour guide with Daniel with Costa Rica unique tours. Oh and the views and drinks are amazing!! Pura Vida "

"Just stayed for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn by Liberia Airport. Very clean and efficient. Staff were all wonderful and helpful. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. "The woman at the check in desk was very nice, especially when I had to go back to ask why the lights in the room weren’t working and she had to explain that we have to put the door key card in a little slot next to the door that went to the pool area to get the lights on. It’s funny that they issue you your tv remote and controller for the AC at the desk but, whatever! "This property was beautiful, comfortable, and made you feel one with nature. They have onsite spa, hot spring pools to soak in, and outdoor volcanic mud experience that is very unique. The food at the main restaurant is delicious, and the staff are very friend. Would definitely recommend!"

"Everything was great inside The Palms hotel. It’s when you go outside and walk to the beach to the left side of the hotel and you find a lot of graffiti and trash around the area. There’s a soccer field right in front and people going to the beach park there so that’s probably why. Also there’s some homeless people that hang out there by the skate park making it feel a little sketchy. Wouldn’t recommend going through this street at night due to it being very dark with lack of lighting. "
