"The beds are comfortable, but the bathtub area is very bad and looks very old. The bathroom door doesn't close, and we also found two cockroaches. The balcony in the room is horrible and broken."

"We had a balcony over looking the restaurant next door and the alley between was very dirty and noisy due to soda cans blowing everywhere. "

"Our stay at the La Quinta in Texas City was great. The hotel was great and the staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The desk clerk on duty around 6 pm from 9 - 12 Apr was amazing. I didn't get her name, but she went over and beyond helping us, both on the phone and in person. She should be considered for a raise. She was a great representative for your hotel."
